The main topic is: "Living in bioenergy villages". Bioenergy villages are villages that cover a large part of their heat or electricity needs from biogenic energy sources themselves. However, a uniform definition of bioenergy villages does not yet exist. In North Rhine-Westphalia, Wallen is of course not the only one of its kind. There are now a dozen or so bioenergy villages in the state. Throughout Germany, Jühnde in Lower Saxony (Göttingen district) has been considered the first bioenergy village since 2006.
In addition, the booklet contains a detailed interview with Martin Holtgrewe, head of project acquisition in the field of energy production/wind energy at Naturstrom AG on the subject of "Green electricity becomes grey electricity". The amendment of the Renewable Energy Sources Act has consequences - also for onshore wind energy projects. Innovation & Energy" spoke with Martin Holtgrewe about this. Naturstrom AG is involved in project development and the construction of wind power plants.
In addition, the new innovation & energie offers, as always, many more exciting reports, news, interviews and event information on the subjects of renewable energies, energy efficiency and climate protection.
