The main theme is "NRW plays host to the world". When it comes to the consequences of climate change at COP23 in Bonn from 6 to 17 November 2017, the Pacific island states will see themselves as "front-states". And when they put it that way, they mean Fiji and Co. will feel the consequences as directly as few other regions of the world. The islands made this clear once again at the Climate Action Partnership Event in Suva, the capital of Fiji, at the beginning of July when they called for global solidarity - and above all the solidarity of the G20 just in time for the summit in Hamburg.
Furthermore, the magazine contains an interview with Melanie Kleemann, Head of the Biogas Division Renewable Energy at innogy SE on the topic "Need to rethink biogas plants".
In addition, the new innovation & energie offers, as always, many more exciting reports, news, interviews and event information on the subjects of renewable energies, energy efficiency and climate protection.
