The event series will commence with an introduction on the basic principles, background and future outlook of international climate diplomacy. The event is open to the general public and will provide an explanation for interested citizens about what is happening in the conference venue, the key issues being negotiated and the prospects for a successful UN climate conference. Furthermore, speakers will make the connections and highlight some of the implications of the Paris Agreement and the results of COP24 for its hosts: Katowice, Silesia and Poland.
